Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the DokLink app and website. By creating an account or otherwise using DokLink, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use DokLink.

What DokLink Does

DokLink helps you find and reserve available hospital beds based on real time availability, distance, and insurance compatibility, and lets you verify your identity, link a national health ID, and track insurance claims for your bookings. DokLink does not provide medical treatment, ambulance services, or emergency response itself, and reserving a bed through DokLink does not replace calling emergency services when every second matters.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when you use DokLink, to keep your login details confidential, and to use the app only for its intended purpose. Booking a bed you do not need, or providing false medical or identity information, can put someone else's care at risk and may result in your account being suspended.

Identity Verification

If you choose to verify your identity through the Aadhaar app or link a national health ID, you are also agreeing to the terms of those respective government services. DokLink only receives what those services choose to share with us, described in full in our Privacy Policy and Data Collection Policy.

Limitation of Liability

DokLink connects you with hospitals and helps manage the logistics of a booking, but we are not responsible for a hospital's clinical decisions, bed availability changing after a reservation, or the outcome of any insurance claim. We are also not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate information you provide.

Intellectual Property

The DokLink app, website, and their content, design, and branding belong to DokLink Services Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you misuse DokLink, provide false information, or violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be handled exclusively by the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as DokLink changes. Continuing to use DokLink after an update means you accept the revised terms.
